Join us for our first community dinner at Churchill Classics Collective, hosted by Chef Gaku Shibata and his partner Christy Shibata of Yopparai and Yopparai Ronin on the Lower East Side. Yopparai began in 2012 as an intimate sake bar and restaurant known its wide variety of sake paired with traditional and adventurous dishes, and has since been featured by the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Eater New York, Michelin, and many others. More recently, Christy and Gaku have been spending lots of time at their cabin nearby, whipping around town in their rad vintage Toyota.
